Senior Business Development Manager

At Mark's, we are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team in the Quebec City or Drummondville area.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a driven individual to work with our Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and execute territory and account plans that drive growth and revenue.
- You will collaborate with our sales team to maximize sales opportunities and optimize new regional and national accounts through effective collaboration.
- Your primary focus will be on managing sales funnels and pipelines, meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly budget sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with internal resources, customers, and vendors, and promoting Mark's Commercial in the market through tradeshows, networking events, and social platforms.
- In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating productive and professional relationships that contribute to the team's success.
- You will communicate regularly with the RSM, team, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional client experiences and identify sales and marketing opportunities to further awareness of Mark's Commercial.
About You:
- You possess a post-secondary diploma with a major in Business or equivalent, preferably with an emphasis in Marketing/Sales Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience is required, along with a proven track record in sales with a customer-centric sales focus.
- You must be bilingual (French and English), consultative, and proactive, with strong self-management skills, strategic analysis and decision-making abilities, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and deliver sales presentations.
- Travel (50%) is required within the region, and occasional attendance at regional and national sales meetings across Canada is necessary.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes a base salary, bonuses, and benefits packages.
