Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year


The Administrative Leadership Role is responsible for the daily operation of assigned long-term care homes. As an integral member of our team, you will oversee human resources, day-to-day operations, and financial resources.



Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction, define goals, and refine operational purposes in response to changing conditions and community needs.
  • Management Functions: Implement policies, interpret legislation, program staffing patterns, and maintain organizational structure.
  • Supervise staff, select personnel, develop and evaluate employee performance, and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Maintain accurate policy manuals, manage internal control systems, and implement accounting systems.
  • Support the senior administrator and administrator in preparing annual budgets and managing financial resources.
  • Perform other duties as required by the organization.


Requirements

Qualifications: A post-secondary degree from a minimum 3-year program or diploma in health or social services. At least 2-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in long-term care services.


Skills: Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and administrative abilities. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of current trends and legislation in long-term care, and fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
