Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator Partner to join our team at Mon Sheong Foundation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Home Administrator and work closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of our home. Key responsibilities include implementing policies, studying legislation, and working with the Home Administrator to program staffing patterns and organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement all policies of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Home Committee of Mon Sheong Foundation;
  • Study and interpret relevant legislation and Provincial policy guidelines regarding programs, operating standards, and financial cost sharing agreements;
  • Work with the Home Administrator to develop a staffing pattern and organizational structure aligned with the home's purposes and resident needs;
  • Understand and implement provisions of relevant legislation, adhere to regulations, and maintain up-to-date policy manuals;
  • Support the Home Administrator in supervising, selecting, terminating employment, developing, and evaluating assigned staff;
  • Work with the Home Administrators and Human Resources to develop, review, update, and conduct general orientation and annual retraining programs;
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
