Job Summary

The Assistant Administrator will work closely with the Home Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the home. This includes implementing policies, supervising staff, and maintaining quality care standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement all policies and procedures of the Mon Sheong Foundation.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Work with the Home Administrator to develop and maintain quality care standards.
  • Coordinate quality improvement activities and risk management.
  • Administer and lead special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare the annual operating and capital budget.

Qualifications

  • Managerial experience in long-term care services.
  • Post-secondary degree in health or social services.
  • Leadership, financial management, and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of current trends and legislation in long-term care and community services.
