About the Role

This exciting Sales Development Representative position at Dash Hudson offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in driving sales growth and development. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a customized outreach strategy to potential customers across various industries, including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, food, publishing, consumer electronics, and more.

Your primary objective will be to establish and develop relationships with prospects through email, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling, ultimately converting them into new business opportunities for our company and sales organization. By effectively navigating the early stages of the sales pipeline, you will significantly contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company as a whole.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of the social media landscape and showcase your ability to create engaging messages that resonate with our target audience. **Key Responsibilities**

• Lead Generation: Identify and source new leads for the outreach process, targeting coordinators to C-level executives.
• Custom Outreach Process: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective communication.
• Performance and Tracking: Monitor daily outreach performance, track email metrics, and close gaps in the outreach process, funneling unreached companies back into the process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Owners to support warm lead communications, providing sales collateral and contributing to the success of the sales team.
