Join Our Sales Team
We're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Halifax, NS. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be critical to the growth and development of our sales process. You will manage a creative and customized outreach strategy to potential customers in various verticals, including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, food, publishing, consumer electronics, and more.
The Role
You will be responsible for finding and sourcing new leads, developing and maintaining the early stages of the sales pipeline, and communicating with potential customers through our outreach process. This includes email, LinkedIn, Social Media, and cold calling. Your goal is to convert these leads into new business opportunities for our company and sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Find and source new leads to go through your outreach process
• Manage the early stages of the sales pipeline by communicating with potential customers
• Collaborate with Account Owners to support their communications with warm leads
• Track the performance of daily outreach: emails sent, calls completed, and DMs sent
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a sales-minded approach. You should also be able to demonstrate a uniquely creative mind and research skills. Bonus points if you have experience working with social media management platforms or similar technologies.
