About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and technical specifications to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Quote and Order Management: Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Account Management: Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
