Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
