Key Responsibilities:
* Develop account strategies that meet the business center's sales objectives
* Develop profitable incremental sales for new and existing accounts
* Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with inside sales and purchasing
* Support inside sales and quoting specialists to drive excellent customer service, operational efficiency and account profitability
* Ensure in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and supplier representatives
* Develop solutions to customer problems
* Provide accurate market information to the Business Center Manager and other members of the sales team
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of various product lines
Requirements:
* Minimum of five (5) years industry experience preferred and at least two (2) years sales experience or a combination of relevant professional training and experience
* Demonstrated sales ability
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Excellent oral and written French
* Product knowledge
* Must be customer service and results oriented
* Computer experience an asset
