**Job Summary:**

Hood Packaging Corp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
