Job Summary:

Veseris is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, building trusted relationships with existing customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily activities at the branch, assisting and guiding the team to achieve sales and profit targets set by the sales leadership team.
  • Manage accounts and sales activities to grow the customer base, providing solutions that meet their needs in person, over the phone, and digitally.
  • Build customer relationships and participate in training programs to expand knowledge and improve sales skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders, as well as warehouse activities as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, improving processes when necessary, and promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP software, with familiarity with office workflow and department operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, with experience operating industrial equipment a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods, with a WHMIS/TDG certificate considered an asset.

Education/Training:

  • Bilingual in French/English required, with a High School Diploma and additional business experience.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset, with knowledge of pest management supplies a plus.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, with a safe and efficient work environment.
