About the Role


WHEELSAZ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that office operations run smoothly.



About You


We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.



Key Responsibilities



  • Implement New Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate Existing Procedures: Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Delegate Work: Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Establish Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative activities, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administer Policies: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry and assemble data for periodic and special reports.


What We Offer


As an Administrative Coordinator at WHEELSAZ, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
