Administrative Coordinator Role for Aaxel Insurance Brokers

Aaxel Insurance Brokers (Peel) is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for administrative work.
About the JobAs an Administrative Officer at Aaxel Insurance Brokers, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate New Procedures: Assess the effectiveness of current administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish Work Priorities: Set clear objectives and deadlines to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation.
- Oversee Office Procedures: Coordinate and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position with regular working hours.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
