About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at PN Research and Consulting Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

PN Research and Consulting Inc. offers a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
