We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  2. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government legislation.
  3. Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  4. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  5. Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
