Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Allite Immigration Services Inc.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to office support staff effectively
  • Evaluate and establish priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines met
  • Contribute to budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes
  • Maintain records and evaluate performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work hours: 35 hours per week
