Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Allite Immigration Services Inc.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of productivity.
Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to office support staff effectively
- Evaluate and establish priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines met
- Contribute to budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes
- Maintain records and evaluate performance
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work hours: 35 hours per week
