Job Title: New Markets Business Development Manager

CAE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our New Markets Group as a Business Development Manager. This role will play a critical part in executing CAE's go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Manage and negotiate partnerships and contracts
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel 35% of the time
