Job Description:

The Senior Business Development Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of negotiation and contracting with internal and potential clients. This includes ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation, coordinating logistics of business development activities, and facilitating meeting preparations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
    • Coordinate business development activities and ensure efficient execution.
    • Conduct direct sales activities and lead generation within assigned territories or markets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business development tools and resources.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Provide administrative support for key account management activities and CRM system maintenance.

Requirements:
  • • MSc or PhD in science with at least 3 years of experience in industry.
    • Experience in drug discovery or CRO environment is an asset.
    • Knowledge of drug development process and ability to travel occasionally.
    • Highly organized and skilled communicator with proven project management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
