About Us
The First Nations Health Authority is a diverse and innovative healthcare organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for self-identifying First Nations individuals.
We are seeking a skilled Quality Care Liaison to join our team in the Vancouver Coastal Region.
As a Quality Care Liaison, you will work closely with First Nations communities to coordinate feedback across various healthcare services, including acute care, residential services, mental health, public health, home health services, and community systems.
About the Role
- Lead culturally unique support to improve healthcare outcomes for First Nations individuals
- Coordinate feedback across multiple healthcare services to identify areas for improvement
- Pioneer the FNHA approach to transforming complaints and shaping the future of client/patient care
About You
- University degree in social sciences, health, or a related field
- 5-7 years of recent experience working with First Nations organizations and communities, preferably in the Vancouver Coastal Region
- Additional qualifications in patient safety investigation, quality improvement, cultural safety, or trauma-informed care are highly beneficial
