Danfoss GmbH seeks a seasoned Distribution Focused Account Growth Manager to drive business growth and development in the Distribution market segment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 5+ years in account management with wholesalers/distribution accounts. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an HVACR technical background, is preferred. Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate an action plan to grow profitable sales across all Climate Solutions portfolios
  • Work closely with Distribution customers to develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities
  • Strengthen customer relationships and maximize sales to assigned accounts
  • Provide technical and sales support to defined accounts within the sales region
  • Improve Danfoss brand and product awareness within the region
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer applications and apply Danfoss products effectively
