Personal Lines Account Manager - Retail - Bilingual (Korean)

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic client-focused Account Manager to join our Personal Insurance Team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build their insurance career and manage a book of business supported by a great leadership team and work culture. This role reports directly into the Manager, Personal Insurance.

What You'll Do

- Manage all aspects of an existing book of business
- Service, Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on clients' needs
- Provide an exceptional client experience
- Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis
- Work with a great team of insurance brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoring
- Provide insight to drive the company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance team

Qualifications and Expertise that Pave the Way for Success

- RIBO license required
- Must be fluent in Korean (written and verbal)
- Client experience focus
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Insurance Industry designations such as CAIB, CIP an asset
