Job Description

  Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and organized Equipment Administrator to join our team. As an Equipment Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that adequate equipment inventory levels are maintained.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, HCCSSs, and subcontractors regarding the rental of equipment, scheduling pickups, and maintaining open communication with logistics teams and drivers.

  In addition to these responsibilities, the Equipment Administrator will also be responsible for identifying HCCSS errors, managing client equipment, and maintaining computer system records of client equipment locations, usage, maintenance, repairs, and returns.

  To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be an active listener, and have a positive attitude. You must also be able to read and interpret documents, understand basic medical terminology, and perform basic algebraic calculations.

  We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Bayshore HealthCare operates in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and applicable Provincial Human Rights Code.
