Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cold Refrigeration Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer service calls, performing routine and preventative maintenance or installations as required, diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, and inspecting commercial kitchen, bakery equipment, and related components to ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine and preventative maintenance or installations as required, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Safety Inspections: Inspect commercial kitchen, bakery equipment, and related components to ensure safe operation, preventing accidents and injuries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Field Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of field experience in commercial food equipment refrigeration.
  • Gas Fitter 2: Having a Gas Fitter 2 certification would be an asset.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude: Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with demonstrated diagnostic ability.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral communication and customer skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
