Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: The successful candidate will review and evaluate new administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Work Priorities and Deadlines: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policies and Procedures: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Operating Budget: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Computer and Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Personal Suitability:

  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
