Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Northstar Wall Systems Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, coordinating and planning office services, and monitoring and evaluating administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
- Monitor and evaluate administrative activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment: The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and growing company, Northstar Wall Systems Ltd.
