About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ATA Immigration Services Inc. This is a permanent, part-time position with 30 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and messages, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greeting and Direction: Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, and strong time management abilities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards), paid bi-weekly.
