Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CAN-TECH SERVICES. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare minutes as required.
- Office Procedures: Develop and establish efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm travel arrangements, and manage contracts.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
