  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in office administration.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize office efficiency.
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure effective workflow.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Train staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner.
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
    • This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
