Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our team at Taheri Immigration Services. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including payroll administration, budget planning, and data entry. To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong educational background, with a college certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience. Key responsibilities include delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed. Additionally, the successful candidate will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, assemble data for reports, and perform other administrative tasks.
