Job Description

At TEK KLINIK, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an administrative officer.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in our region.
