Job Title: Executive Kitchen ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team at Boston Pizza Front & John. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- To manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
- To supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel.
- To ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- To maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and financial software.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
