Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Paramount Lebanese Kitchen.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position, working 30-36 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspecting kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Cleaning kitchen and work areas
  • Recruiting and hiring staff
  • Managing kitchen operations
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; however, relevant experience is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
