Job Summary
The Senior Client Coordinator is responsible for owning complex and/or multiple client relationships and serving as project owner from inception through completion. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, project requirements, and manufacturing processes, including packaging, prepress, industry standards, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project work back schedules to ensure timely completion of up-front tasks and activities.
- Initiate kickoff and solution review meetings, and ensure timely follow-up meetings or tasks as dictated by each project.
- Direct project activities and monitor project costs to ensure maximum profitability.
- Meet with clients as needed to understand their expectations and validate client protocols and brand/pharma requirements.
- Handle and respond to client inquiries regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
- Monitor quality on the production floor and resolve conflicts/issues to keep projects on track.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Physical Aspects/Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk, hear, and see.
- Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment may be high.
