- Evaluate and review administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
- Establish priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects;
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on administrative procedures;
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, including payroll administration;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Effective oral and written communication;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Organized and reliable;
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks;
- Team player;
- Permanent full-time employment;
- 30-40 hours per week;
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience;
- English language proficiency;
