About the Role

BDS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes;
  • Evaluate and review administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
  • Establish priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects;
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members on administrative procedures;
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, including payroll administration;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
