A Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative for our plumbing and HVAC division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule personal calls with customers to discuss sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Promote our E-Commerce site to customers and maximize gross profit levels on all products sold.
  • Work closely with customers to maintain and increase sales volumes year over year.
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry, with a strong understanding of product knowledge.
  • Previous Outside Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
