Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative for Elevate RS Corp, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization.
About the Role
This Outside Sales Representative position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, and growing the customer base. Additionally, you will travel to different businesses to sell products or services, understand customers' needs, and align proper solutions. You will also maintain and update the CRM daily, present solutions to prospects and current customers, prospect daily in an open territory and vertical, report and pass leads to the Account Manager, and meet and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Post-Secondary or equivalent education, a Bachelor's Degree or College degree in a related field is required, and 2+ years of external sales experience is preferred. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in using CRM (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Other) is preferred, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service skill set, ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures, strong listening skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, drive for continued growth, ability to work remotely and in an office environment, and ability to work autonomously and in groups.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 + Commission, additional performance-based incentives and bonuses may be available, health insurance, paid vacation and Sick leave, potential for career growth and advancement within the company, and opportunity to work with a talented and committed team.
