About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our Institutional Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our hospitality and food service clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the hospitality and food service industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
