About the Role:

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our Institutional Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our hospitality and food service clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to optimize their cleaning and sanitizing programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any challenges

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of outside sales experience in the hospitality and food service industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing products and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
