About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our Institutional Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality and food service industry
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the hospitality and food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
