About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Institutional division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the hospitality and food service industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide expert knowledge and training on Ecolab's products and services to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold-calling and prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • At least 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings
  • Proof of Covid vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
