Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
