Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and products to drive sales growth.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Ability to balance cash and complete financial reports accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
