Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Lead and instruct individuals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
