Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
