At Score Group, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity offers an attractive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Business Unit Director and Human Resources Manager, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and note-taking. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings.
- Coordinate, plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for management and staff business.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as directed by the Business Unit Director and senior management.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
