Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams, to deliver and execute organizational effectiveness and change projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver against key priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Results-oriented with experience in instructional design, adult education, eLearning, curriculum, and resource development.
- Facilitation of workshops and training sessions, preferably using Articulate 360 and other eLearning development tools.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
