Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and assess current-state and desired-state organizational designs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support OE activities related to organizational design, team effectiveness, process enhancements, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams, to deliver and execute organizational effectiveness and change projects.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver against key priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Results-oriented with experience in instructional design, adult education, eLearning, curriculum, and resource development.
  • Facilitation of workshops and training sessions, preferably using Articulate 360 and other eLearning development tools.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
