About the Role:

As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Irving Oil's talent strategy. This involves leading, developing, and enhancing key processes related to succession planning, talent pipelines, performance management, talent assessment, and career development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leaders and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement succession planning across the organization to identify and develop the next generation of talent.
  • Design and support strategies to build strong talent pipelines across the organization to support evolving needs.
  • Execute performance management processes aligned with company goals, enabling leaders to manage performance effectively.
  • Drive an integrated talent management strategy across the business for an exceptional employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Directors & Partners to ensure meaningful implementation of talent management programming.
