Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our Sales team at Procore Technologies. With our cloud-based construction management software, we help clients efficiently build projects around the world. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion.
In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and increase spend on existing products. Your research skills will enable you to identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements from clients.
A successful Commercial Account Manager must have a proven track record of successful software sales, preferably in B2B environments. They should also possess experience using consultative, solution-based sales methodologies and have a proven ability to develop trusted relationships with clients. Additionally, they should be able to manage pipeline and forecasting effectively.
