Job Overview

You will establish and nurture exceptional customer relationships to create faster market opportunities and improve program support.

Sales Objectives & Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
  • Develop and execute overall growth strategies for key regional retailers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and stay within budgets for both revenue and trade spend.
  • Create and implement promotions based on ROI, case studies, and POS data.
  • Provide monthly updates to sales forecasts and projections by product family.
  • Ensure listings are maximized in assigned accounts and work towards premium placement.
  • Present new items, minimize out-of-stocks, and manage replenishment requirements with retailers.
  • Pricing – work with accounts to ensure pricing supports maximum sell-through while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in large and small business models from startup to high-profile CPG companies. Experience working with key/strategic accounts within the CPG industry is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Proven track records of sales success and territory management are essential. Consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills are critical. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and written communication skills are required.
