About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and follow up on new business development leads
  • Work closely with our sourcing and recruiting teams to attract top IT talent
  • Buid a strong network and list of contacts for business development
  • Identify, verify, and fulfill job requirements
  • Exceed client satisfaction and ensure successful placements through continued and thorough follow-up

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on account management and client development
  • Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets
  • University or college degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve
