About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and follow up on new business development leads
- Work closely with our sourcing and recruiting teams to attract top IT talent
- Buid a strong network and list of contacts for business development
- Identify, verify, and fulfill job requirements
- Exceed client satisfaction and ensure successful placements through continued and thorough follow-up
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on account management and client development
- Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets
- University or college degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve
